Teach by Example ~ Mom School 2017 Week 1

I'm participating in a 6 week Teach by Example - Mom School hosted by Homeschooling 6 using books from Fun Schooling.  I'm linking near the end of week 1, so this will mostly be pictures and titles of the books I'm planning to use, as I didn't do any mom school this past week.

I will be using these books from The Thinking Tree:

Homeschooling Handbook for Moms
How to Homeschool
A Devotional Coloring Book Bible Time Journal
Today I Will Begin Again 90 day planner

These are the books I will use with the Homeschooling Handbook:

Gianna by Jessica Shaver
Oh No, It's Sabbath Again And I'm Not Ready! by Yara Cerna Young
Simplicity Parenting by Kim John Payne
The Get Yourself Organized Project by Kathi Lipp
Why Does He Do That? by Lundy Bancroft
The Joy of Relationship Homeschooling by Karen Campbell
Esther's Days of Purification by Apothecary Cynthia Hillson
It's Okay to Hide in the Bathroom by Heidi Cooper
How to Homeschool by Sarah Janisse Brown

I'm using The Scriptures by Institute for Scipture Research and Choose Gratitude blessings journal with the Bible Time Journal.

I plan to use the above during the week while my girls are using their Fun Schooling journals from The Thinking Tree.

For the Sabbath, I have a different plan.  I'll be using both of these from The Thinking Tree:

The Quiet Time Devotional Journal & Coloring Book
Tea Time A Prayer Journal and Devotional Coloring Book

These are the books I plan to read and study on the Sabbath with the above journals:

Beauty in the Heart by Pam Forster
God's Appointed Times by Barney Kasdan
God's Appointed Customs by Barney Kasdan
The Revelation of Jesus Christ Revealed by Christine Miller
Misfits Welcome by Matthew Barnett
What the Church has Hidden From Us but What God is Now Revealing by Russ Miner
Restoration Returning the Torah of God to the Disciples of Jesus by D. Thomas Lancaster

Whew!  That's a lot of books!  I'll be using my Scriptures, Bible Time Journal and Gratitude Journal each day.  I'll rotate between the others Monday through Friday for about an hour a day (some of this may be done after the girls are in bed as that's really the only uninterrupted quiet time I have).  On the Sabbath, I plan to use Beauty in the Heart every week, and rotate through the others.
